Lucid Vision Services, Inc. offers a wide variety of services for the Hospitality Industry including loss prevention for bars, restaurants, night clubs and hotels. Here is an example of two of our more frequently used services.

   

Bar Spotting


Failure to ring in drinks is the number one way a bar loses profits and liquor costs rise. Whether it is a bartender not following your procedures and forgetting to ring in a drink to a bartender deliberately stealing from your establishment. It is hard for you to catch them in the act because they will usually wait until they know that no owner/manager is watching. That is where we come in.

Bar Spotting is one of our very best resources in assisting your business by giving you the information of what the bartender is doing when they think no one is watching them. We will bring in our experienced undercover consultants and have them analyze potential problem areas of the operation, from ringing in procedures, to over pours, and even potential health issues. We provide an objective opinion because no one in the operation is aware of the consultant’s presence. After our consultants have finished, they will fill out an extremely detailed evaluation form that will inform you of what they have witnessed. We will then summarize our visit and consult with you as soon as possible. We will offer suggestions on how to improve operations or correct any problems that we encounter.

At LVS we believe a satisfied customer is the key to success. On average if a customer has issues or concerns about the food or service they have received, they usually will not tell a restaurant manager/owner, instead they will keep it to themselves and never return or worse tell their friends how awful their experience was. 

With LVS we will help you eliminate those issues. We are an extra pair of eyes to let you know exactly what your cliental is experiencing. We will inform you on how the service is, and if the food and beverages are being prepared to your specifications.

You will get an objective report for every aspect of your guest's experience. The level of detail from our well trained staff gives you the opportunity to see how your customers are being treated and the experience they are getting.

Here are just a few examples of some of the areas of concern that you will be informed about:

1.      Is the parking lot and exterior of the building well maintained?

2.      Are your patrons being greeted with a smile and feeling   welcomed?

3.      Are the servers making sure all patrons are informed of all daily specials?

4.      Is the kitchen cooking all food properly?

5.      Are the patrons satisfied with their overall experience?

It is our goal to provide you with a detailed observation of what your customers see on an average day visiting your establishment.

We will first sit down with you to formulate a customized checklist for our consultants to follow, that way we are sure that you get the answers to all of your specific questions and concerns.
